Before your first Visit

We want to save you time, so before arriving for your new patient appointment, you can fill out your paperwork from home! Just download the correct forms from the tab below. It's time for your

first new patient  Visit

Welcome to our office! If our front door steps prove to be a problem, we have a wheelchair accessible entryway at the rear of our office. When you walk through our door, Jenn will greet you and help you get settled. Be sure to have your new patient paperwork and photo ID ready!

As you wait, enjoy a a cup of hot tea!  Kids (and kids at heart) can enjoy a juice box and some snacks too! While you enjoy, Jenn will make sure all of our paperwork is in order. When the time comes, she'll walk you to the exam room. There, we'll discuss your health history, current symptoms, and determine what kind of care would be best for you.

Your new patient Exam

The exam starts with us taking your blood pressure, pulse, and other vital signs. Next, we'll ask you more in-depth questions about your problem, and will perform additional tests to better understand how we can help. If you are having other testing done by Dr. Nichole, like muscle testing or food sensitivity testing, she will do so at this time.

It's time for your

first  treatment

     Times files! It's already your second visit! This time, your doctor will discuss their findings and will recommend a plan of care. For most people, this is when you'll have your first chiropractic adjustment! Of course, we may recommend acupuncture or another therapy instead. We frequently recommend complementary therapies, like chiropractic and laser, to help you get better faster.

Now that's  A Table

It may look like nothing you've ever seen before, but this special table elevates our chiropractic technique. And that's not just because it moves up and down! From grandpa, to mom, to the littlest babies, this table allows us to accommodate patients of every shape and size-- young and old!

for Acupuncture

Our acupuncture rooms are so relaxing! We recommend that you wear a t-shirt and a pair of shorts to your appointment. Once you arrive, pick a warm room or cool room. Take some time to destress, and try not to be too nervous! Acupuncture needles are so small that you can hardly feel them. In fact, you'll probably be more nervous about falling asleep (don't worry, we don't mind if you do)!

A note about Insurance

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are not in-network with any insurance providers and do not accept Medicaid. If you think you have out of network coverage, we do have an Insurance Verification form that will assist you in asking the right questions when you call your carrier to inquire about coverage. If verified we will gladly assist in filing your claims. We also file all acute Medicare claims to assist in your reimbursement. All payments are due at the time of service for all patients and we accept personal checks and credit cards. 

Confirmations and Reminders

You will receive a reminder 3 days before you appointment, as well on the day before your appointment. Our online scheduling tool allows you to modify your appointments as needed. However, cancellation less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a fee of $25.
