Hi there! I'm Dr. Tyler Nygren
I'm a 3rd generation chiropractor.
That means both my mother and grandfather were chiropractors before me, and that I have some very big shoes to fill. Our patients seem to think so, at least, because I hear stories every day about how my mother and grandfather have changed their lives.
While I still have a lot to learn, I'm pretty good at stopping back pain and neck pain. Did you know that chiropractic is more effective than conventional treatments for back pain? [1]
Of course, chiropractic is so much more. I use a technique that looks at every joint in your body. If your knee isn't working right, I'll fix it. That's because your whole body needs to work together for you to be at your best.
My Story
My Story
I was born three months before my mother became Dr. Nichole Nygren. Eighteen years later, I proclaimed to the world that I would become a chiropractor just like her.
At the time, our practice was serving more patients than ever and the small town that raised me had began to embrace the chiropractic philosophy: healing begins within.
Pain Relief Became My Mission
Pain Relief Became My Mission
That year I decided to become a chiropractor, the American College of Physicians revised its guidelines to include chiropractic and acupuncture as preferred treatments for back pain. [5] That decision reaffirmed my choice and secured my path in this drug-free healthcare profession.
My Approach
My Approach
I believe in a whole-body approach to healthcare. On your first visit, you can expect a thorough evaluation that will allow me to determine how to best support health and healing for you. That usually includes chiropractic adjustments, but not always. I am careful to choose the best treatment for you.

More About Me
I'm not much good without my fiancee, Barbora Kocsisova. I proposed to her in November 2021, and we will be married in July 2023. If I fail to do anything for my community, bringing this woman to Van Wert will still have been service enough.
I am a coffee enthusiast, and a modest runner. In my free time, I enjoy developing for the web. Some may remember me for my childhood performances as a magician, but I am mostly retired now.
